Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your Sponzza subscription. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

Short version: full refund within 14 days of a new subscription purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@sponzza.com.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a Sponzza Pro or Max subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.

To request a refund, email hello@sponzza.com with the email address associated with your account. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.

2. Renewal payments

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription only. Automatic renewal payments (monthly or annual) are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee, since you have already had a full billing period of access.

If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, cancel your subscription from Account settings before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges — you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Exceptions

We may decline a refund request if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account was used to extract substantial value from the paid tier (for example, running a very high volume of AI analyses) shortly before requesting a refund.

4. Accidental or duplicate charges

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you believed you had cancelled — contact us immediately at hello@sponzza.com. These cases are resolved outside the standard 14-day window and are typically refunded in full once verified.

5. How refunds are processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.) used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.

6. Free tier

Sponzza's free tier has no charge and therefore nothing to refund. You can use core sponsor-checking features indefinitely at no cost.
